Our team comprises four dedicated partners, an accomplished audit staff, seasoned tax experts, skilled IT professionals, and two efficient clerical positions. Our collective expertise is the result of over five decades of invaluable experience in auditing school districts, charter schools, governmental agencies, and nonprofit organizations, provided by our partners. In addition, our managers and staff bring to the table a wealth of experience, contributing to a combined audit history of over 35 years in these specialized sectors.

As our firm has grown over the years, we've extended our presence to better serve our valued clients in the Bay Area. Our successful venture led us to establish an additional office in Berkeley. Leading our dedicated team is P. Robert Wilkinson, our senior partner, who boasts a remarkable 35-year track record in conducting annual audits for local school districts, charter schools, governmental agencies, and nonprofit organizations.

In 2002, P. Robert Wilkinson joined forces with Brian K. Hadley, and together they formed this dynamic partnership. During this transition, Mr. Wilkinson carefully selected a team of highly qualified professionals, many of whom had previously collaborated with him on audits of governmental agencies and school districts. In 2006, our partnership expanded to include Aubrey W. Mann as a partner, followed by Kevin Sproul in 2016. Our entire staff is rigorously trained and possesses extensive experience in auditing school districts, charter schools, governmental bodies, and nonprofit organizations.
